Ok, I'm trying to set up my die to simply just seat without any crimp. So I turn my die body until it touches the belled case and then I back it off about a half turn. I then turn my seating die down with a bullet in the brass. Now here's the odd issue, I turn the seating die all the way down...

Ok, I can get the bullet but when I seat the bullet, I see bits of the bullet being shaved off. Now I'm not sure this is going to affect it but these cases haven't been cleaned yet. Also half the time when I try to seat the bullet, the case ends up crushed. Dial for the belling die is set...
