Steyr Introduces New .22 LR RFP Semiautomatic Pistol
Steyr has introduced a new rimfire pistol to the European shooting market at IWA 2016. The pistol, aptly dubbed the "RFP" (which I imagine stands for Rim Fire Pistol), shares similar styling and its polymer framed construction with Steyr's M9...
Like to get some Opinions on the TAURUS MODEL 94 .22 LR that I have on layaway for my wife. I like the way it looks like my S&W model 10. I am reading some good/bad things as you would expect. This is not THE gun.
This is about the cleanliness of the powder. What do you feel are the cleaner burning .22 LR. I was shooting some SK today, which was very clean, and it actually had a sweet fragrance to it. then I switched to amscor which blew clouds of smoke. Any opinions?
Looking for another 22 in semi-auto, I have heard great things about this Marlin. I do have 2 10/22's, and always liked the tube fed design. Anyway your input would be greatly appreciated. OAL 37 1/2" 14rnd cap
My nephew wants to bring a few guns into NY from Ohio. His future father-in-law wants to give them to him. A Mossberg 500, an old .22 single shot (Remington I think) and a very old Remington Model 12A, (c. 1912) .22 LR with a tube mag. The 12A is probably C&R and the mag capacity is almost...
I've been working on my families old Mossberg 250 or 351 .22lr ( the model markings is a little warn) . I cleaned it up and it seems to still having feeding issuse . I cycled Winchester .22lr and it has a hard time finding breach. Its a old gun any info would help:) thx
I'll be glad when the hysteria is over.
That's good news for those of us waiting for this round of the ammo shortage to end. I've also recently seen .22 ammo advertised at smaller gun shops, and one hoarder was trying to dump his stash of 11,000 rounds and has dropped his asking price several...
I was in PA yesterday when I read a post about Dicks having 22lr and got a sinking feeling because I was not able to jump on it. I picked up 2 100 round mini mags for a good price 8.69 at cabellas and was kind of like some is better than none so it is what it is. I went to put those 2 boxes away...
Last night I was at the Patchogue Dick's store and was told by the department manager that Saturday night they're receiving a "big" shipment of .22 LR. Unfortunately he wasn't sure the make or round count, but did say be at the store when it opens to get your ration of ammo.
Visiting up state & went to a grand opening of Field & Stream in Henrietta. They are selling CCI mini mags, 100/box, 2 boxes per customer for $10.00 per box. I bought 2, my wife & friend also bought 2.
Not worth the trip but if your passing by they have a shopping cart full of Federal American Eagle 40 rounds. Limit 2 boxes for a total of $5.41. Don't bother going to the ammo section because it's up front behind the register. Whoopee
My wife had a run in with a partially detached retina. I'm figuring a .22 target pistol is a good way to get her back into shooting while avoiding any additional shock.
She has a S&W mod. 66. I'd like to see her get into a semi-auto rather than another wheel gun. Keep it under a grand.
