    they were working on my street, shut the gas off on the block..finished what they were doing then came into my house to bleed the gas lines,,,, hit the igniter on the water heater .....and boooom...blew the top off the water heater go figure...new water on the way....thank god noone got...

    Well, went down to my basement and puddle of water under my hot water heater, i believe it's dead after 15 years, are the tankless models a good option this day and age? 2.5 bath, 4 bed house, natural gas. Or just replace it with another tanked model ?
