There is a new handbook (I can't upload - the file is too large).
It would nice if they would list the changes from each revision.
Anyone know what changed?
Apparently, a boatload of changes were slipped into the NCPL handbook while we were all sleeping. I'm sure there are many more, but these are some of the additions I picked up while glossing over it. It just keeps getting better.
B. TYPES OF PISTOL...
I saw that suffolk county PD updated the handgun information handbook. I'm still reading through it but, I did notice that there is no mention of carpooling to the range under the sportsman licence. I didn't the previous version allow us to stop by a friends house to carpool on the way to the range?
I came across this 1992 NCPD Pistol License Handbook.
It was mailed to me by the PLB on request along with the other necessary documents to receive a pistol license.
