I like the Sporter and Monte Carlo stocks of the ARES Featureless but do I have other choices in this style? The proprietary trigger with a 10lb pull and way you mate the upper and lower sound frustrating.

what do you guys think about this new rifle, looks like combination between ar15 and bolt action (sort of), is it really legal in NYS/NYC? It says it's legal in 50 states but knowing NY law, i'll believe until I have it in my hand.

Is it legal to transfer a featureless AR in NY .... through an FFL of course?
Logic says "yes" as it is not an AW [by NY unSAFE def]
but my "spidey sense" says otherwise.
Just read that Tresmond the lawyer said he negotiated with the state police and that featureless AR's are legal and that new featureless AR's will be allowed to be sold in NY. Not too sure about the truth in all this but you can always Google it.
