Specifically I really like the SP-01. I have zero real world experience with these pistols, only my knowledge of CZ's excellent reputation. Should I buy one? What can I expect to pay, anything to watch out for?
  2. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
Checking out online old military surplus and police trade in handguns. Have been seeing a few Cz-75 and also Cz-85 any major differences between the two besides the ambidextrous slide release and safety? Also seeing a few Cz-75 compacts but they go quick.
  3. Break Action [Shotguns]
My first foray into over/under guns. I got excited about shooting trap with my 870 so I decided to look for a general purpose over/under that wouldn't break the bank. The triggers are a little bit stiff but the action is so much smother than the entry level Franchi and Stoeger guns I looked at.

Anybody have experience or opinions about cz-712 Utility shotgun ?

  7. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
I have been looking to consolidate calibers, my wife shoots 9mm and I shoot .40. It has become costly to buy ammo for both for range practice so I am looking to get another 9mm for myself. I do have my X D 9mm Sub that I use for carry out of state and its a tack driver but I am looking for...

Ok, 2 part question. As I should have my permit in a week or so I am starting to finalize my choice for my first purchase. 1) I know this will be highly opinion based but CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical or Sig P226 MK25. Go. Anyone have both? Preferences? I hear great things about both of them. I'd be...

Got an interesting CZ 75 today. Not a big fan of "anniversary" models that serve as safe queens but couldn't resist a temptation for couple of reasons: it's an Australian model that came with polished 10rd magazines and a longer barrel (apparently there are some laws down under that require...
  10. Break Action [Shotguns]
I am looking for an O/U Shotgun for clays and hunting and I have narrowed it down to 2 choices CZ Wingshooter Elite Franchi Instinct L Pros for the CZ are that I like the look of the darker wood, and the gun in general. It also comes with 5 chokes, as opposed to 3 with the Franchi. The...

Just wondering are there any legal CZ-75 mags? Researching what pistol I'm going to get when I get my permit.

i bought a CZ 75B in polished stainless in October took the gun home to clean it before I took it to the range for the first time and there was a weird color on the inside of the gun so the next day I bought it back to the store so they can send it back for me it is just about March and still...
  13. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
Not sure where to post this since I'm not the one selling, but on the czfirearms forum, there's a very well priced CZ P-09 that can be bundled w/ accessories (seller is giving 1 or more things free I think, and dropping the price on some upgrades as well): http://www.czfirearm...86303#msg486303...
  14. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
Been looking for CZ P-07 magazines, but they're priced way too much (my opinion). Cheapest I found is $38 (P/N 11189) + around $7 shipping -- $45 for a magazine??? According to CZ-USA, this is for the Duty version, but it will fit the 2014 updated version. Can't seem to find any reasonably...
  15. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
Anyone have any experience with a CZ 50. Thinking of getting one to go with my .32 Berettas and, as I don't want to spring for a real Walther PP, this is the poor man's version. (At least in terms of looks.) Gun seems to be in okay shape, it's C&R so no FFL here in WA state; and I just got...
  16. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
I own two CZ's the 75B, 9mm, and the Rami 2075 in 40 cal. Why I ask is that in Feb. Guns and Ammo has a great write up on the CZ 75 series. Based on John Browning's design for the 1911 and built like a Mig Great Gun.
  17. Bolt Action [Rifles]
Hello, glad I found this forum! I've ordered a CZ 455 Lux 22L (02101) rifle and I've started searching for a scope in the $200 range. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
  18. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
I just picked up a CZ 97B but I'm having a hard time finding a holster for it. Does anyone know if a holster for the 75B would fit? They are functionally the same but I don't know if the external dimensions are the same. Assuming I can't use a holster for a 75, who was it here that made kydex...
  19. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
just picked up a new cz 75B no decocker can carry cocked and locked so first shot is single action. so far have put several hundred rounds through the gun, mostly ball but some hollow point, no malfunctions and accurate. sweet pistol for the price.
  20. Semi-Auto [Handguns]
I want to shorten the trigger pull on my CZ 97B. Fine with me if it becomes SAO in the process. I've read good things about both CZ Customs and Calguns. Anyone here have a preference?
