Anyone know of any place on Long Island where you can shoot clays using your own thrower (other than Calverton)?

I like to ask can any one recommend a clay thrower that works? I used a older model Trius Original Trap 92S Clay Target Trap 10205 today work good real good but a pain in the butt cocking the arm to throw the clay bird the large spring under tension.
