Has anyone used a claybar to remove overspray from a car? I had painted a cage a few years ago and the primer can got a little clog and I didn't notice it spitting. Its horrible. I was going to follow a youtube vid as guidance and it looks very easy, but I'm open to advice from people with...

Is it legal for me to do this? Do I need some kind of authorization for me to travel to a clay competition in NJ?

Seeing how the Hope For The Warriors supports veterans causes and they are holding a Clay Shoot on (edit) FRIDAY, May 15th in Dover Plains, NY --- some of the LIF members here may want to make an excuse to take the day off to support the charity. The last one I went so provided the 100 shells...

A snapshot of Clay-Hunt is that it is pretty good Veterans Suicide Prevention legislation. I thing it relies too heavily on VA and discounts the importance of private sector and specifically non-VA Peer Support Programs which have been shown to be disproportionately effective in the effort...

I've been to several clay shooting events and the competitors are using different color lenses. I'm happy with the yellow for now and I shoot well with them. Does a different color lens allow you to see the clay more clearer? I looked up what one of the other competitors were shooting with...

Did anyone else go tonight? He is still funny. I had to admire the fact that although there are no smoking laws, Dice was smoking on stage and being himself. It was a good show.

I have been looking into a clay thrower so i can go hit some clays solo. Ive been using the hand held deal but that requires someone to go with, which is sometimes challenging. Everyone wants to go until im ready to pick them up. Anyway, i am looking for something automated that i can operate...

I have never been clay shooting and I'm looking to go soon with my brother. We are both new to this. Where would you guys recommend we go? Yaphank? Also, can novices just pick up a shotgun and go at it or do they require/recommend a lesson? I assume they have loner guns if you don't own a shotgun.

Shooting Star Exploding Clay Pigeon Targets Firebird Reactive Targets Ltd. based out of Wiltshire, England makes a fun looking shooting accessory that you'd expect to see on one of the various firearm "reality" shows here in the US, not in the gun deprived United Kingdom. Their Shooting Star...

I just began shooting trap and skeet this season and I'm hooked. Now I'm looking to get a dedicated under over or side by side for the sport without breaking the bank. I've got a liking for the CZ Mallard and am looking for any thoughts on it or other suggestions in the sub $600 range. Since...

Sorry Admins was not sure where to create this topic. I am interested in getting my daughter (and hopefully wife) into shooting clays with me. My daughter is 13. What shotgun would you guys (20 gauge? ) recommend for a young lady that would not break the bank.

Happily picked up my 32" Beretta Silver Pigeon I from Hunter Sports today. Definitely an upgrade from my 870 which has served me extraordinarily well but is getting tired. I've never had an unpleasant experience with them. Hopefully the snow subsides enough to make it out to Yaphank for a round...

OK guys, I'm really glad I found this site. Lots of great guys with great information. Just what the doctor ordered. So for the most part I've been into small arms for many years. I also have an AR, 10/22 plus I've accumulated a couple of shotguns over the years. Up until now I haven't...
