Here we go again. Another tragic example of how elected officials have blood on their hands when it come to us, the tax paying peasants. New Jersey, like many, many liberal cesspool States, refuse to allow it's law abiding citizens the ability to defend themselves against wanton, violent acts perpetrated by savages. Most of the time these violent savages had made themselves known to society by prior criminal acts. Time and time again the courts release these savages back into society to prey among the rest of the population. These Short Hills miscreants had lengthy rep sheets but again it has shown that the criminal justice system does not care about the very people they were designed to protect. Case in point:

What a surprise...

Yeah. Who was it on the other thread arguing that locking thugs up for longer periods didn't prove it would lower violent crime and that most crimes were committed by people intoxicated on alcohol and drugs have nothing to do with it?
Doesn't really matter. He'd just say it was a coincidence. This is anecdotal evidence, blah blah blah blah.

That is a PRIME EXAMPLE why we ALWAYS NEED TO STAND STRONG on our right to keep and bear arms
If he/she was "prepared" for that situation , the outcome could of been very different
May they rest in peace , and the guilty burn in hell!!!

There should be some point where a judge says" you sir have nothing to contribute to the community " and sentences him to life with no parole. STOP giving more rights to criminals than the victims.

We can't fool ourselves into thinking that a gun in the victim's hands would've always made the difference. Some situations just don't allow for a quick defense.

However, if most people were allowed to carry, the environment from a criminal perspective would be a lot more difficult to navigate. I'm sure it's part of the criminal equation to know that most people in the Short Hills mall don't carry & therefore are not a threat for retaliation.

I bet in the Old West (some call it Wild), you would be pretty reluctant to draw your weapon, when every man in the town would draw back on you.

My prayers to the victim's family and friends and kudos to the cops for rounding up these parasites so quickly. I hope they never see the light of day again. That's all I can say. smh, so sad.

These types of stories just kill me. We hear about murders all the time where the victim knew the perp or someone bit it in the middle of a drug war. But, I just can't fathom going to the mall with my wife & having something like this go down. So damn random.

On the other hand, I usually have my spidey senses going when I'm mixed with the general public. Situational awareness is key!

"All four — who face possible life sentences — have rap sheets stretching back years that include multiple burglary and drug counts.

Thompson, who has done more than a dozen stints in the Essex County Jail, was released on Dec. 11 after serving time on a burglary charge.

Roberts has been arrested 13 times on narcotics and weapons offenses.

Both Ford and Henry were sent to prison in 2003 — Ford for burglary and Henry for bank robbery, records show.

Henry finished federal prison time eight months ago for a robbery in which he put a gun to the head of a Union Township bank employee."

They should be pulled apart.

And bury them in that Range Rover. They can look gangsta on the ride into hell.

If they kept the miscreants locked up, the bleeding hearts would have no reason to plead for the government to save them. That might lead to a loss of control over the populace....

The bigger picture is that all 4 need to be executed. This was a premeditated murder done in an execution style. Instead, taxpayers will be supporting these lowlives s for the rest of their pathetic lives.

The pure fact that savage scum like these 4 animals are allowed to breath the same air as humans just make me so angry words cannot describe. These "things" continue to rob/murder/rape etc because there is no consequence to their actions.Jailing them does
nothing but cost us "Humans" $$.There really is only one way to deal with the issue but we don't.If you kill someone, you are put to death Period.I'm also for cutting off hands of "things" who rob/steal,seems to work in other countries.
We will hear that they will be prosecuted to the "full extent of the law".Honestly the law sucks!!

This "catch and release" program only emboldens this human garbage and teaches them that they WILL get away. These four "characters" will get life. Well.....probably only three of them will. The one that is going to testify in court against the designated and agreed upon "trigger man", will get 20 or so. Then they will be on the street again. May be in 10 may be in 20 or 25.

One day. Soon. People with means will realize that they can't rely on ANY third party (police, politicians, etc) to protect them at mass. Then "whole hell breaking lose" will be in real time and not on TV.

PS: BURN Newark.
