I love all guns, regardless of make, color or caliber.

I use slip 2000 extreme weapons grease on my slides and barrels. And a drop of oil in the connector as glock recommends.

I've noticed grease does attract carbon. However it stays lubricated longer.

I go about 500 rounds between cleanings with no malfunctions. I could go longer but the clean freak in me takes over.

When I field strip it the grease is still there keeping it lubed.

I'll keep my Glock(s), you can take my P220.

I clean my Glocks when the carbon in the mag well keeps the mags from seating. For lube, I wave the bottle of Militec-1 over the freshly cleaned parts. Reassemble, shoot for the season, and think about maybe cleaning it again next year.

i have actually heard of people putting their glocks and other gun parts through the dishwasher. Do not do this unless you feel like your family's lead intake is low.

Myself and two others just ran 1911's at MDTS and they ALL ran flawless so IDK....Sounds like an ID-10T error

I can't comment on a civilian class. My course was LE.

Acknowledged :) ...Now if only they could do something about the absolutely horrid triggers and asthetics

Ask Malakaguy about my g21 trigger. Not smooth like my Python but better than most striker fired pistols.

never, that paved the way to the python. Woohoo

Woohoo!!

My hammers bang nails no matter how ugly they are... Aesthetics don't matter

I think they're beautiful :)

I think they are too :)

That guy's idea of a bead and mine are quite different. He really blobbed it on there. I found it curious that he felt baby wipes are the only thing acceptable to use and I'm wondering where he learned that good old Hoppes or Rem aren't "made to clean" a Glock. They both seem to work fine for me.

I only own one so I can show people how nice my collection of Colts look in comparison. It's like being the wingman for your friend at the bar. You gotta take one for the team!

The question is, How do you take it?
(PLEASE DON'T ANSWER THAT! I have visions of you two sugarplums "2hotrotts and you" dancing in my head. It's not Christmas! MAKE ITS STOP!)
