I would highly recommend the Kahr P380. I have the Black Diamond model. The Kahr trigger is the best.

Im a fan of the Kahr also. I am 100% satisfied with my Kahr PT 380 As an older revolver shooter, I find the Karh triggers fantastic.
Younger, less experienced revolver shooter may take longer to warm up to them. Jmho

I have own one since July, II like the gun but the only problem I have is with my big hands my thumb keeps hitting the mag ejection button while I shoot and that causes the next bullet not to chamber itself. I have to keep trying to remember to keep my big thumb away from the button.

I have the same trouble

I'm not a DAO fan. I've owned and carried an AMT SS .380 SA with grip safety and left side safety lever, since my oil business back in 80's still in its original ankle holster. I shoot it once a year or so to stay in tune. It was originally referred to as a belly gun by your shader not so nice characters. But it truly is just a self defense pistol.
