I especially like the justification phrase, in S1048 of: "This would create a right to sue gun manufacturing companies, defining illegal guns as a “public nuisance." Since when do firearms manufacturers make "illegal" guns and why should they be held responsible, for someone else who does make an "illegal" gun or who illegally possesses one, stolen from a legitimate owner? Why? because the real intent is to bankrupt the manufacturers, plus the legitimate wholesale and retail sellers, not to provide any real safety or criminal issue resolution.
If that's going to be the case, then auto manufacturers and auto dealers should be held accountable, for damage and injury done, with stolen vehicles or home-made vehicles or any time anyone has a motor vehicle accident. It's the exact same concept but the sheep, who know little to nothing, about firearms, firearms law, criminal law or civil law, will say "Ooh, good."
The Biden administration has already said that they intend to eliminate all petroleum products from our country, in the interest of "environmentalism."
This type of politicized legislation, which allows the state to simply disable, muzzle, then disarm, its political opposition, is straight out of the Communist’s and NAZI’s tactics manuals.
