My daughter recently moved to a free state (FL). One of the first things she did was go to a gun store and purchased a 9mm handgun. However, they had only defense ammo, no practice ammo. She called today and asked if I had any extra practice ammo. I said how much. She said 200 rounds. I said no problem.

I know that ammo does not need to be shipped to an FFL, but can be shipped directly. My question is: Who will ship a box of ammo, especially these days? UPS? FEDEX? I know postal service is a no-no.
