as mentioned earlier here are different territories in China some have more freedoms then the United Ststes

CCP is making everything ONE territories and for those do not agree, the CCP said they can leave and make sure not taking anything with you.

 

On a different note. If you are someone within the CCP and no disagreement with Xie, you will enjoy freedom and special treatment. You can even be creative and make up your own laws and do whatever you want to a few millions of your subjects within your jurisdiction. Best yet, be on CNN and tell the world how much freedom you have in China, and the next thing you know is CNN viewers start protesting on the streets of America demanding preferential treetments of certain groups of people. Before you know it, Biden's gov will put in policies to do so. And America will become and image of China.

If you still think China is expending economic freedom, just answer the following few question?

 

1) What happened to the Ant Group?

2) What was the real reason Wang Jian was in the news?

3) Where is Jack Ma?

4) What is now going on in Cathay Pacific and Dragon Air?

5) Who is now the operator and controller of Alipay?

6) Why is Huawei's newest phones have no Google Play, Google Map, and etc from factory?

7) What is happening to those few million Taiwanese people doing business in China?

 

These are just a few of the questions for you. As someone advising people doing businesses in China, you should be able to answer at least all of these. They can be found through simple google searches. If you can't find them in English sources, you can find them in Baido.

i can make a list like that for what’s happening in America too. Hence the reason I’m against statism in all its form

 

the fact remains that the United States has become less business friendly and free zones of China are a viable alternative for American consumers and businesses to turn too.  I’m sure if I walked in your house I could see plenty of items from China that you voted with your dollar instead of buying American.

The intention of this thread was not "to buy America or not" or "is China getting ahead of America". It is a reasoning for why the world would be better off without China. We both have gone off topic.

Like I said earlier, the CCP will let you enjoy some of your “toys” but not the freedom to elect leadership, come and go as you please, move your assets as you please, have a means of personal protection, say (verbally or in print) anything that runs counter to CCP policy, worship where and how you want to worship, etc. Again, you don’t counted these things by talking about increasing infringements in this country. That fact that the U.S. is moving in the wrong direction or that the CCP is allowing a measure of economic freedom doesn’t negate the lack of freedom in China in these areas.

Democracy is not a form of freedom. It’s not even a negative right. Matter of fact it’s a positive right. So it shouldn’t be a indicator of freedom

 

the Christian church while has suffered some blows by the CCP. It’s still a right under the Chinese constitution. The overdoes make things difficult. But Lyndon Johnson passed a law restricting  churches in the United States from speaking about politics too, otherwise they loose their non profit status.

buying American has everything to do with the topic. Because the reason socialism fails is due to the socialist calculation problem. A key component of that calculation is the “pricing mechanism”.  
 

With the “pricing mechanism”, people vote with their dollars that best serves them and history shows that dollars tend to go areas that allow peaceful voluntary transactions with less taxes and regulations 

 

if we want peace with China we should increase trade, not block them out. Because socialism fails all on its own

 

Free trade and the inefficiency of socialism will collapse socialistic countries all on its own without firing a bullet . Just like it has with all the other countries in the past.

 

how many where killed in Vietnam with no progress? Yet capitalism today is slowly tearing down that country too in the past few years. Making more progress then what the past war has ever brought
