Recently acquired a Ruger M77 Mark II chambered in 30.06 stainless with the skeleton stock. Equipped with a Zeiss 3-9x36 scope. Person had passed away and I purchased it off the family. Could someone give a ball park price on value of the rifle?

The way it sits $1,000 to $1200 would be a fair price but i could see it going for more the way prices are now and days. Its only downside is that its a 30-06.

Yes unfortunately 30-06 isn’t my favorite round but if valued around that range I’d sell in a heart beat as I didn’t really want it but it helped out them pay for funeral costs.

Its looks like its got that zytel composite stock alot of guys like and a good scope if i didnt already have a bunch of 30-06 guns i would pick it up. Good luck

30-06 is a plus, not a negative for a hunting rifle like that

If you have a Gunbroker account, you should have better luck at selling it. I am seeing private sellers for the first time on Gunbroker with no feedback listening firearms for sale.Yes unfortunately 30-06 isn’t my favorite round but if valued around that range I’d sell in a heart beat as I didn’t really want it but it helped out them pay for funeral costs.
The only disadvantage now is the deer hunting season is over, if this was September or October you probably could’ve sold it for more.

I have a gun broker account but never sold thru them.
