I am pretty sure that the two Republican senators from Georgia voted with their fellow Republicans on many if not all issues. Now you will have two Democrats always voting with their fellow Libs.

This is where I agree. Even if these 2 weren’t perfect or “conservative enough” you just handed 2 seats to the dems who will now have the majority. Didn’t we see this closer to home? In New York after the SAFE Act, everyone was mad with the RINO’s and didn’t wanna vote. Now the days of a republican state senate are over, wait til the New Democratic super majority gets to work on our gun rights in this state. And their colleagues on the federal side who control Congress, the senate and the White House.

Neither party is perfect, but now there’s nothing to even slow them down. The courts? Takes years to accomplish anything if they even take a case.

once again everyone is blind to their record. These two senators weren’t slowing anything down

Bernie Sanders voted against the constitution 55% of the time

Chuck Schumer voted against the constitution 70% of the time

The two Georgia “Republican” senators

David Perdue voted against the constitution 80% of the time last year

kelly Loeffler voted against the constitution 85% of the time

your being hosed

While I haven’t verified what you’re saying, we’re better off with majority leader chuck schmuer? What’s gonna happen after the next mass shooting?

What I am saying is that there is no difference between modern republicans and democrats

look at the past mass shootings. Obama did near nothing but the trump administration went way to far. Plus The ATF is completely out of control under Trump

Unless the American mindset changes, nothing will. Whether the republicans or democrats control government

I’ll tell you what, you show me a major party candidate who supports the second amendment and doesn’t vote to pass nonsensical gun laws that only punish law abiding citizens and ill vote for them regardless if they’re Dem or Republican. Republicans are far from perfect, but in regards to this issue, dems aren’t even allowed to be moderate on it anymore.

Obama didn’t do anything after sandy hook cause he didn’t have the full support of the legislature. Trump has been a massive disappointment 2A wise as well. No one on here is blindly following anyone, however, one major party had national debates where they flat out said they’re coming for AR-15’s and AK-47’s.

Show me Democrats who support gun rights and even ideas on how to expand them and I’ll gladly vote for them. That seems like it’ll never happen at this point. 3rd party candidates? Please. I went down that path in high school, they’re so disorganized and over run with in fighting that they’ll never amount to anything. Prove me wrong, please.

Is a Republican rhetoric on gun rights the only reason you vote for them? What about the rest of the constitution? The trillions in Keynesian Socialism?....your satisfied with a few bread crumbs while they sink the country?

If you saw sewage in a pool would you go to the cleaner side? Or would you get out of the pool?

Not the only reason by a long shot. Especially in state politics. As I stated, they’re far from perfect, but what’s the alternative? Get out of the pool? We live in the pool. Either we clean it up from within or we all continue to live in the sewage.

Looks like Georgia went blue with last night senate runoff election

honestly, with both Georgian republican senators constantly screwing over their constituents and having a terrible voting record. What motivation do they give Georgia to re-elect them back into office?

they made it easy for democrats

Three years ago I packed up my stuff, sold my home in Merrick and moved to The RED state of Georgia.

Georgia is still a RED state, with a Republican Governor, Republican controlled State Assembly and a Republican State Senate. As for the US House of Representatives, 8 of the 14 members of congress are Republican, a majority for Georgia.

The Senate seats were stolen by Stacey Abrams and her PAC. When Muscogee County recently went to delete 4000 non-Georgia residents from their voting roles, Stacey Abrams went to an Obama appointed federal judge to overturn the Muscogee County deletion. That judge was Stacey Abrams’ sister. Abrams’ sister judge ruled twice against the county. So, 4000 people were allowed to illegally vote in one Georgia county.

The funny part is, the county was following election laws put in place by Georgia state Democrats when they controlled Georgia years ago.

The spineless Governor Kemp (1-term) and his Secretary of State did not stand up to ballot harvesting, out of state voters, underage voters, dead voters, illegal alien voters and the list goes on.

There is talk in local Republican clubs of a recall election for Governor, to dump RINO Kemp and replace him with Doug Collins. Polls show Collins could win with 68% of the vote.

The biggest problem we have here in Georgia are the people moving here from California who work in the movie/tv industry and a large amount of people who live in Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx moving to Atlanta where they already have family. You cannot believe the number of cars in the Atlanta area with NYS license plates. Both groups bring their liberal politics with them.

It is well known that Fat Ass Stacy Im not conceding Abrams threatened Kemp that if he didnt do the consent decree and set the voting how she wanted Atlanta and Georgia would burn.Add to that the fact that the other liberal scumbag Zuckerberg was allowed to place ballot boxes in Dem areas only which is a violation of federal law but he was never asked or bothered about it.Then you have idiots saying Trump made them lose the Senate but yet he didnt help them gain house seats????How is that do able. Every Republican Senate candidate was horrible and deserved to lose. MacSally, Cory Gardner Perdue Loffler all RINOS at best.Only reason Collins won is because she is a liberal and so is Maine.Fear not these idiots cant help themselves and will screw everything up again like they did from 2008-2016 and in 2 years we will have the House again.

As for republicans loosing the senate the majority is very slim rite now on control. Not all republicans are pro gun. Not all democrats are anti gun. When they say email and write your senators to oppose bills that they may vote. Tell them you will vote them out next term Be active.

Trump didn’t give us shit like he said he would. 2 years of control and we got bump stocks banned which should have never happened to start. Then they went rogue on braces and 80 percent lowers. Anyone with the mentality of those are useless you don’t need it are the reason we keep loosing shit and they complain when something they have gets banned.

The sooner people realize Trump was not a pro-2a president the better. Promises made in 2016 never even addressed at any point even when he had full control. To be honest, as a Trump supporter, he can go F himself as far as helping with 2a issues. Dont care how many times Jr posts pro 2a stuff, his dad sucked when it comes to 2a

You are going to wish Trump was in power when you see what the Dems have in store for you.
