The links to LISAPA on this website go to some kind of parked page containing foreign language characters and adult content. Is this a hack or is the lisapa website no longer owned by the same organization?

LI Second Amendment Preservation Association. On the main forum page they are linked under "Organizations" on the right hand side. Also linked again at the bottom of the General Discussions section.

The links don't go to anything related to the 2A though. Seems like a parked page full of foreign adult content.
