Michele Hinchey declared victory in SD-46.  Democrats at 41 in State Senate.  42 required for super-majority.

Super majority of Democrats means a lot of crazy coming to this state.

Even so, some of the demoncrap senators upstate would be fearful of a voter backlash if draconian laws would annoy the Elmer Fudds.  Outlawing semi-autos, ammunition online, uppers and lowers,  requiring safes, are all possibilities.  Blue states are a lost cause, as will be NC, VA, TX and PA eventually.
