They said who cares about bump stocks. Here’s why we cared. Every chance they get there taking things away that are harmless. Repeal the NFA abolish the ATF

I think the NFA is unconstitutional and should be repealed or overturned, and SBRs should be treated like any other rifles

But, honestly, these "arm braces" have been a sham from the beginning. I was shocked that the ATF got conned into ruling that they were not designed to be fired from the shoulder, in the first place.

Every video I see shows the shooter shouldering them, except a few will mockingly strap the thing around their arm and take a few shots, to show what an absurd use that is.

Maybe if gun owners and manufacturers did a better job of keeping up the pretense, but putting more videos out showing the guns being fired "as designed" the ATF wouldn't have flip flopped.

How did the inventer con the ATF into believing these things were legitimately meant to be fired in the ridiculous, inaccurate, unsafe way the inventer claimed?

They were clearly designed to be shouldered. Again, it shouldn't matter, as SBRs should be treated no differently than other rifles.

The ATF really screwed gun owners with the original decision and now its apparent intention to change the rules.

Trump should have appointed a better ATF director
