Do not underestimate the power of mocking your opponent in an election. When you get people to laugh at a candidate they are less likely to vote for them.

I have asked this question several times here so hypothetically if Trump vs. Biden wasn't the race who would you want to see? Who would the 2 candidate be? It could be anyone not just strictly politicians.

I like candidates that understand the principles of liberty, truly understand the enumerated powers of the constitution, natural laws, natural rights, free market economics, and/or the John Locke principles the founders used to start this country

people I liked in the past are

President Calvin Coolidge
Congressman Ron Paul

Judge Napolitano

Congressman Massie

Senator Rand Paul

Senator Mike Lee
Congressman Amash

President Grover Cleveland

President Thomas Jefferson

Historian and Economist Tom Woods

Economist and Businessman Peter Schiff

these men  are fairly consistent, because they know liberty and that it works

TRUMP is the President we needed at this time in history. A right-wing nationalist who is reducing the influence of Foreign globalist political-financial interests on our sovereignty. Massive cuts in federal businesses regulations.

Large increases in our national defense while reducing unnecessary deployment of ground troops.

He is taking on the corrupt anti-American Fake News Media like NO other current politician could.

I could go on, but lets turn to my favorite President's in our history, in consecutive order:

George Washington

John Adams

Andrew Jackson

Abraham Lincoln

Grover Cleveland

Teddy Roosevelt

Calvin Coolidge

Ronald Reagan

Donald TRUMP

My favorite living American politicians and public political figures:

Donald TRUMP

Rush Limbaugh

Mark Levin

Sean Hannity

Ted Cruz

Tom Cotton

Not really. Biden is emblematic of the worst Washington has to offer. Forty plus years as a politician and has enriched himself and his family via his public "service". Trump is far from a typical Washington politician and those that are part of the Washington establishment, even some republicans, have tried to destroy him from the time he first announced he was running. He doesn't speak or act like a politician and it drives the Washington establishment and the MSM crazy.

You're looking at this from a superficial perspective. Biden and Trump fundamentally have very little in common.

The fundamental difference is Biden is a pragmatist and Trump is a magical thinker.

Biden stayed in his basement and wore a mask; Trump said Covid was a hoax, had minimal protection (i.e. a test that was only 70% accurate), and is now in the hospital, getting drugs the rest of us can't get.

A man's reach should exceed his grasp, but magical thinking crosses a line.

A man's reach should exceed his grasp, but magical thinking crosses a line.

Washington, DC (CNN)During his campaign's highest week of ad spending, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden tweeted out an ad Tuesday attacking President Donald Trumpfor comments he has made over the pandemic. Specifically, the ad suggests that Trump has called the virus a hoax.

The 25-second ad begins with a clip of Trump at a campaign rally on February 28 in South Carolina. The ad plays a quick clip of Trump saying "the coronavirus" then it cuts to him saying "and this is their new hoax." Text on the ad reads, "Trump in public: 'Hoax.'"
Facts First: This is a misleading attempt to suggest that Trump specifically called the coronavirus a hoax. While Trump's comments were a bit confusing, Biden's ad leaves out important context and dishonestly edits the two soundbites together.

Taken in totality, Trump's comments at the February 28 rally indicate that he is deriding Democrats for attacking his performance on the coronavirus. A full 56 seconds pass between the two clips the campaign ad edited together.

In this section of his rally speech, Trump began by saying that "the Democrats are politicizing the coronavirus," ridiculing Democrats for attacking his administration's performance addressing the virus. The President then compared this attack to the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, and calling his impeachment a "hoax."

Accepting the CNN comment as accurate, What is the practical difference?

(1) The virus is a hoax.

(2) The Democrats' assessment of the seriousness of the risk and the incompetence of the response is a hoax.

For both, it is implied that there is nothing to worry about and we are on top of it.

Trump's supporters have heard the dog whistle and taken his words to heart. They are not wearing masks, they are not social distancing, and are ingesting bleach and other household cleaners.

Hah. TRUMP (with the virus) still has more energy than that frail nasty old man in the basement.

Biden is a Trojan horse for the Communist insurrection.

Before the the virus, the TRUMP economy was booming, and now recovering at a  fast pace in most of the country (except for some of the Commie Fascist Democrat controlled states).

With Sleepy Joe, your confusing pragmatism with being a tool for whatever group controls the Democrat party, and for awhile now it has been the Commie Socialist anti-Americans.

That is troubling, and there were other potential nominees I liked better, but almost any senator would be more qualified than Trump, who we now know failed at every business, and only succeeded as a reality show host. Also, I will concede is a good salesman, mainly because he truly believes whatever extreme falsehoods he is uttering.

Reagan was also an actor but at least ran the union. Not to mention he had a good personality and listened to his advisors.

Please find a video where Trump said Covid-19 was a hoax. That's total and complete nonsense. There was no "magic thinking" on the part of Trump regarding how to create jobs, stimulate the economy, strengthen our military, cut taxes, secure our borders or appoint conservative judges.

I think the problem is all the rest talk and he acts on his talk. They all said a "physical barrier" was necessary along our southern border. Bush, Clinton.Obama all of them but not one brick was laid not one steel beam planted. Why? The money trail. Just follow that and you will see why all of Trumps policies are unpopular in the beltway fraternity. Vote for whom you choose that is your right but you will have to endure the policies they enact too.

Excuse me? I knew you were going off the rails when I heard "Dog Whistle", and then you absolutely pulled the manhole cover over your head when you said they "are ingesting bleach , etc"

Biden is clueless, and has no idea what to do unless someone tells him

Trump thinks outside the box, brainstorms out loud, and is willing to keep trying things to get results

I left out that Reagan also served as governor of CA, making him way more qualified than Trump for high office.

This is from the BBC. Since you dont seem to listen to us, perhaps you'll listen to the BBC?

Trump never called COVID19 a hoax.

I would ask that you stop this hate speech and spread of libtard media spin. You are hurting my feelings.
