The web page has changed and become more restrictive. Even so, the only item that would affect me is banning on-line sales of ammunition because TYD is now possible and would end, adding $10 to every on-line-to-FFL purchase. Parts of the SAFE act purport to do that anyway but haven't been activated.
Other things are look-good-feel-good and would not survive constitutional challenge, like licensing to own a gun for home protection. We are already licensed for hunting.
A little worrisome is that the list suggests they will try to restrict all SA guns. This would be impossible for handguns but a big problem for rifles. Last go-round they tried to do this with a long list of guns that were available in assault form (looks like an AR) and cosmetically changed. This time they might ban a BAR or 10/22.
With this list Biden is looking to get every anti-gun, anti-NRA vote. What he would actually do if elected is a different matter. Looking to what actually changed under Obama, the answer is not much. With Barrett on the Supreme Court Biden will do even less, which will be his explanation for not accomplishing any of his gun goals.
Ammo ban affecting you? Dude, we are talking about a national law. No one would ship and you can't find any local ammo...effectively banning you from keeping and bearing arms. How can this be an acceptable thing?
If you can't accept that a politician is going to enact legislation that they post on their agenda, then why in the world do you bother to vote at all? You cannot be serious, right?
Lastly, what bug got up your butt so that you are supportive of a demonrat, despite all evidence pointing to their singular wish to ban all citizen ownership of firearms in America? Can you truly be this entrenched in the demonrat party that you will not believe your own lying eyes?
