Does anyone here have it? I took mine to the range today and its not fitting 5 fiocchi low recoil 2 3/4 slugs. When I pull the charging handle it never picks up a shell and it wont even lock back. If I put 4 in, it works no problem. This thing is advertised as 5 magazine capacity for 2/34 AND 3 inch shells. What gives?

I'm guessing it's "5 round capacity" and not '5 round magazine"....

Have you taken the mag cap off to make sure nothing is limiting capacity? - seems senseless, since it's 1-not a hunting gun and 2-it's not 3 rounds...  But you never know.

I'm pretty sure it's 5 plus one with the 2 3/4-inch shotshell and 4 + 1 with the 3-inch shotshell.

Havn't done that yet, since no reviews or unboxings have mentioned it- they all feed 5 shells in the mag no problem. I can FIT 5 shells in there, but the gun just wont rack the first shell in the chamber.

The weird part is, if i put one in the chamber first and then 5 shells in the mag it feeds with no problem. Am I pulling the charging handle too soft or something?

First round should be chambered with the safety on, then feed the mag tube.

Yeah, i figured as much. That kinda blows because I don't really feel comfortable keeping it hot for home defense. I'd rather just keep the tube filled and charge it if I ever need to, god forbid.

So I have my Tac 13 coming next week. Any updates on your problem?
I don’t want to keep mine hot either. But need to know it will rack a round reliably. So do you just keep 4 in the tube instead of 5? “cruiser ready? “

Most semi's will not work reliably with low recoil slugs. The exception is the remington 1100. I have two of them and they work perfectly with the Fiocchi slugs

Measure the length of the shell. I was watching a video the other day and I saw that sometimes with some brands it would fit 4 or 5. It might have been one of the Iraqv8888 videos.

Did you try other other shotshell other than slugs?
