I tried to buy a flame thrower on-line about 2 yrs ago.I thought the order went thru at first.Next day I got notified they are illegal in NYS,order cancelled. 
I love the idea of a flame thrower.The guy that invented it musta been like,"hmmm I want to get fire on that guy way over there......"
