I've heard of limits in other countries.... supposedly china you're allowed 2 kids... Japan I was told the parent's ages had to be a combined 50 before having children.

I have no idea of the veracity of these  - both were from teachers when I was in school....   How that could be enforced I dunno.

Slide locked to the rear?

It doesn't look like it's locked to the rear but it's definitely not all the way forward. Looks like the perp's limp wristed racking of the slide caused the slide to jam.

I wonder if the clerk noticed it and that is why he was so calm.

the one thing that would make this video complete is if the employee grabbed the gun from him, put it into battery and blew that perps brains all over the floor.

 And then yelled:

 NEXT!!!

These guys should receive the award for two consecutive days.

1. They stole a car and crashed it.

2. The car they stole was a 1993 Honda.

Well, he did demonstrate one important Biblical principle:

Matthew 4:5-7

Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written:

‘He shall give His angels charge over you,’

and,

‘In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.’[b]

Jesus said to him, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’”

I dunno.... that was a simple mistake to make.  As embarrassing as the call was (they did not need to tell us WHAT was in the thermos besides the dry ice)  She DID have a valid concern about explosion - if she sealed up the container with the dry ice inside, it very well could have exploded... and probably after a few minutes enough pressure could build up where she couldn't unscrew the lid.

I agree.  Being cautious and calling the police when you made a mistake working with potentially dangerous substances seems sensible to me.  It was embarrassing, due to the contents, but not stupid.
