What does SAFE have to do with the Feds?

Nothing really, but you can't have a really good internet rumor without including the Feds.

In all seriousness, I don't think people typically post non-compliant guns on this or any other site. Some might do it unknowingly, but it certainly wouldn't be a smart thing to do, unless you are looking to be a 2A version of Rosa Parks or something.

That said, it would not surprise me at all, if some authorities scan gun forums and other social media, to collect information about legal guns that people own, for future reference.

and that has little to do with it

Another trick, unsuspecting people would go in the police station for a free gun lock. The information of the firearm and owner was entered.
The BATFE has forced many FFL to go to the computer format. Another way the government to enable for a hacker to find personal information.

Maybe the heads up was because criminals are watching gun forums, so they know which houses to avoid.

They don't want have to admit that gun free homes are broken into more often

Oh yeah, very aware of this and many other ploys used, what I was referring to was the comment that many anti LE threads were the reason for scrutiny. Yes, I'm sure that's part of it but the main intel gathered is of a different variety

Yea, not a good idea to post youtubes like this if you live in the USA

You gotta watch this vid to the end, it gets even better as it goes along.

We have to make sure we have The Russians on our side in the war against Islamo-fascism.

The best line in the vid is when the guy says:

Don't try this at home, I am a professional Russian

Just to be clear, Georgia the state not the ex-Soviet Republic.LOL Yep. Kyle Myers used to be a big gamer with a popular youtube game channel and the Call of Duty crowd got him into guns and develop the Russian persona. He started with stuff on loan from a local gun store.

As far as posting....here's my gun collection and my cars and my wives (hey..don't judge my polygamy!). It's true...it's on the internet and totally cause for cause!
