A Polish Ciupaga. Google it. We went over this last time. That one looks mainly like a tourist piece, no real value. I have a bunch of them direct from the Tatra Mountains.

It's all good. I remember, even posted the same pic of the mean kid. LOL . It's a nice ornamental axe used by the "mountain people" of the Tatra Mountains in Poland. They sell many to tourists and there are some high end versions. That looks more along the lines of one you hang on the wall type thing.
