Was "the club" sold to the Canadians along with the website?
If so there are going to be questions about where that money went.
and I never bothered to look into it, but aside from a club "president" was/is there a board? that voted on and approved the sale?

What ever happened to the Architect?
From my experience, being in construction for 35 years, architects suck.

My understanding is the club is not owned by the new owner.

Well then the members need to call a meeting, and vote in a new club president - since they have been abandoned by their previous president - and then they can go froward from there..... It's on the club members now.
