If the invoice is over 10 days old, it expires (on the back end) and won't allow you to pay it. We can resend the invoice.

Your invoices can be found in the client area of your profile.

If so there are going to be questions about where that money went.

 

and I never bothered to look into it, but aside from a club "president" was/is there a board? that voted on and approved the sale?

Well then the members need to call a meeting, and vote in a new club president - since they have been abandoned by their previous president - and then they can go froward from there.....    It's on the club members now.
