I saw a guy get ticketed for shooting a deer, while tree hugging park goers where in the same general area. Does that count ??

He was hunting in a park? Or next to a park? I sure would like to hear the whole story of that incident.

This IS good new for a change.
As a hunter myself, more years of this type of news may take away the notion that we are all a bunch of elmer fudds walking around the woods.
Additionally, all the "accidents" that have happened in the past can be attributed to a human being failing to heed safety practices, and not the firearm itself, as far as I know
