Made my first ever online firearms purchase, and unlike I was lead to believe, I was not able to have a gun delivered to my front door step without a background check. Freakin lying liberals.
I ordered an ARES SCR lower receiver from Lanbo's armory. Came out to about $430, not to shabby. Took less than 5 days to get it delivered to Port Jeff army navy, where the transfer was $20 and was quick and smooth. I would definitely recommend using them if you are around port jeff and need an FFL transfer. Now to see how it works attached to my upper. The only thing I didn't realize about the SCR is it uses the same type of safety as the 870 shotgun, which is HORRIBLE for me as a lefty. bummer.

Pete and Barbara are good people. PJAN is truly a "mom & pop store", that belongs to a different era. Great to visit and browse while waiting for the paperwork. I always enjoy visiting.
