I have been contacted by an outfit called BaseCampLeasing. They are willing to pay me to lease my land, in Sullivan County, to hunters.
I must sign a contract. Has anyone had any experience with this outfit? I am reluctant to sign a contract without further
investigation as to whether or not they are reputable.

You are better off leasing it yourself. That way you know who is on the property. Also whose insurance does it go under if they are injured on the property.

Me, i do not trust anyone on my property.

I own land in Sullivan County. Signing a contract may leave you open to liability. I would pass on it.

Me 4. I hunt on a small plot of land in Sullivan right now, but it's not the most ideal situation. Neighbors are fairly close along 2 sides (far enough to legally hunt), but I dread the possibility of having to track a wounded deer across their lawn.

I'd also be interested and willing to chip in or pay to have a new place to hunt as long as I could use my quad to get to my stand. I lost my upstate place this year and I'm keeping my eyes open.

OP
Depending on the acreage, I think it's fair to say you have some interested hunters here at LIF that would be willing to lease your land, either individually or as a group. How about sharing some details?

If you own the land THEY are the ones who should be signing a contract with you. Not vice/versa.
Personally, I would pass.
