I should correct myself.
I am looking for a lami GSB 120 1L 9' surf rod, if anyone knows of one for sale.

Whats your reasoning for cutting a foot off the standard 10ft blank? If you want a 9ft rod just look for a GSB 108 in the action your trying to achieve. The GSB 108 1M would probably be very close action to a cut down 120 1L.

I decided to bite the bullet, and have one made up. the cost isn't too bad compared to the used ones I've seen for sale.

After looking at the prices on the used GSB120 1L.
I started to look around and found a rod builder that I am going to use to get one made up.
It's a little more than i wanted to spend on a rod,
But for the price of the used rods, I went for a little more and
having one made up new.
