Nice ..................when is the Giraffe lottery?

Seriously - what would the minimum calber be to hunt moose (does Maine dictate a minimum?) - .30-06 or larger? Who would use .308 or .270?

I would think .308 would be the minimum but ideally 30-06 or better... although a buddy of mine took one out with a Harley.

.308 and .270 will definitely drop a moose...

They will do.
Remember people kill them with arrows regularly, so .308 or .270 is no problem.
