I have a 2004 H1. Before anyone buys, just have a good diesel mechanic on hand. Odds are the "maintenance" parts have not been maintained and the first few months you will need to have work done.
Once you wring out the issues, they are unstoppable, but be aware.

The caption states "for off road use only" and "no title issued" So my guess is they aren't street legal anywhere in the US

So you couldn't even drive it to your off road property. And no title so no insurance.

Sounds like selling ice in winter.

Unless you want it for parts.

even if you get it to your off road property, you still have to widen all the paths so you can get through

i had this problem when i bought my 89 geo tracker as a woods truck. i had to take down a few trees and stumps to be albe to make it though all the old paths. from mirror to mirror it is just under 6ft wide. a hummer would need much more than that lol

I have an 1985 (first year issue) registered in NY with a title. 5 digit vin number threw them, but Albany told them to issue.

I know it's a PIA to get a title, but why couldn't the vehicle be brought up to street legal status? Sounds the government just being the government.

Off road only. Flatbed it to your property. Drive around!

Would be interesting to know if you could make it street legal.

They come with an SF97 so you can title and register them. They appear to have all of the required DOT stuff (seatbelts, brake lights, etc.) an dsince they have over 7500 miles, no California emissions requirements. What prohibits these from being used on-road?
