How do you make a Ruger 10/22 with a fixed mag? How do you reload it?

It easily wraps over the top or let it rest on the right side of the receiver. Feels pretty good and at least its legal now. Stupid SAFE Act!!!!!!!

I'd say that would be legal, unless you have extremely, long thumbs.
