First long gun was a Remington Nylon 66 and a Marlin 80 .22
Both given to me at the same time, so couldn't pick one I guess.
Don't have any handguns.

On my 18th birthday I bought a Winchester 1200 pump 12 ga, much to the chagrin of my gun fearing parents. A year later, my police officer brother bought me a High Standard target .22 pistol, realizing I had the gun bug. Greatest gift ever.
Eventually took parents shooting. Dad eventually became an NRA member.
