A small amount of brass particulate on a bolt face is not unusual nor indicative of a problem. Steel particulate is a concern.If you are not using a Ni-Boron BCG keep the BCG well oiled....AR's love to be wet and oily. Hmmmm is that obscene???


It depends on what you are shooting.
