This is what the AR's will look like in NY with the exception of the magazine unless its permanently blocked.  Better than nothing if you don't already have one.Posted ImagePosted Image

Not the one in the photo... but using this stock could be one way to achieve a featureless rifle.
If the rifle has no AW features, it doesn't need to be registered.

Well its BS that things have come to this but I do like that manufacturers are already coming out with firearms/mods that will be legal under the new BS bill. It kinda sticks it up cuomos Butt and lets him know there are several ways to play the game.

These can be sold in NY.  They are not AW's and they have no evil features.

If we get a fair call on the lawsuits, the term NY legal should cease to exist because of these 2  recent Supreme Court decisions:

District of Columbia vs. Heller, No. 07-290, Decided 2008
This case established the 2nd amendment as an individual right and stated, “the Second Amendment extends prima facie, to all instruments that constitute bearable arms, even those that were not in existence at the time of the founding.”(this couldn't any more clear nor should it have to be)

McDonald vs. City of Chicago Illinois, No. 08-1521,
Decided 2010
This case incorporated the 2nd amendment to apply to state and local governments.

Judges in the lower courts are supposed to abide by Supreme Court rulings. (Stare decisis/to stand by that which is decided)
"If" we get a fair call/stare decisis, not only should the so called Cuomo safe act go down but so should the 2000 Pataki ban.
IMO the 2000 Pataki Ban should have been challenged for Constitutionality immediately after the McDonald decision in 2010.

The reaction above was the same reaction I saw and read when the first generation of Glocks first came out. In fact my reaction was "wow, they actually converted a plastic toy into a real gun". And look at where the Glocks are now. To all those who want to "vomit", "pass", say "no thanks" and say "gross".....would you rather be un-armed because you don't like the way the gun looks when SHTF? I'd like to give credit to usmc_joe for posting this and also the makers of this rifle for looking after us living in States where we can't own "evil features". I agree with hardtime.....this shows NY Legislature that the law is stupid if not silly at best.

Barrel shroud is allowed but you can't have a foregrip or vertical grip used by the off hand.
