Ahh, Middle Village... My old home town before moving out to the "country"...
The Arion Theatre, J*w Park, Brennan Park, nights at "the Dome", fights at the bazaars, the VI, Rub, Coopers, Brian Boru's, PS87, JHS119, FK Lane, dirt bike riding in Lutheren Cemetery, Blue Whales parties in the school yard, football in Juniper or the Oval. Seems like a lifetime ago...

The range does not provide firearms or ammo. In NYC separate permits are reqired for long guns (rifle/shotgun) and handgun.

I was at woodhaven last week and sold a pistol and they only charged $10.00 for the transfer. They were pretty friendly but the neighborhood is a bit shady.

We're not sure that we will have Hunter Safety this year (2015). The number of instructors are way down.

I'm going to look into joining this range when I get approved for my NYC pistol permit. This range is close enough for me to drive to. Its even close enough I can ride my bike there as well.

I'm also a NYC rifle/shotgun permit holder, but go to LI to shoot at Calverton.

I used to be a member there, great people, parking are plenty, if full on front, just go around the block (I came after 5pm and weekend) , check their website for latest info. You gonna get good knowledge & really great time for sure.

I was just there to shoot my pistol today at the range this morning. Got a parking spot out in front. No issues at all. I always find decent parking whenever I go.

The best time to check out the club is anytime during business hours. Naturally weekends will be busier with Sunday probably being the busiest.

The members are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and willing to help newbies. I've been a member for a little over a year now
