ATF doesn't swoop in unless there's a reason to.

Look at the Nassau stores.. did you see ATF on the case there??  (for the record, no ATF was not involved)

My .02 pennies.

Plus ATF does not enforce NYS only firearm laws  ;)
State police do

Maybe Brian should have thought of that before he did whatever he did to have the ATF shut him down.

Last I checked, we are innocent until proven guilty.  I would like to hope I would get the benefit of the doubt if I'm ever in his place.

The last thing I'll say about it is Brian is not my favorite guy but we don't know anything yet.
People have been arrested for nothing before. We will have to wait and see
what the charges are.Innocent to proven guilty no matter who it is. Hope this all
works out well for him if he did do nothing wrong.
Please let's not start up the "Rumor Mill"

No matter what, innocent until proven guilty. Brian may not always have been the most endearing person on occasion, but he still deserves a fair shake. He has ALWAYS been supportive of 2A rights and 2A rights organizations, giving time and money to the cause.

I agree 100%....innocent until proven guilty no matter who it is even though Brian is a low life and treats people like crap.

If the ATF got involved in this, unlike the witch hunt by the Nassau DA where they did not and the judge was absolutely pissed off there "probably" is something going on.

Lat time I checked, being an a$$ho!e wasn't illegal. If it were, there'd be a lot more overcrowding in our jail system. Let the facts speak for themselves.

It is my understanding from past issues that they will remove any info from this site. Therefore I didn't elaborate. I'm sure if you stop into any gun store they will be discussing it now.

It wouldnt be hard to belive that his paperwork is out of order....that store was a complete mess.
But if that was the case...wouldnt they come in and say "lets see the books" and the work it out from there?

A "sting operation" leads me to belive that a bigger issue might be at hand. But that being said...cant help but feel bad for the guy. Served his country - opened a business - and now everything gets confiscated....thats a nightmare for anyone. He might of had a Million dollars worth of guns in there (his retail prices of course) : )

Looking on the bright side....at least he's gonna get a complete inventory of everything he's got in the store courtesy of the ATF.  THey may even do some dusting and better display the merchandise.
