what would be the ball park cost to have a .22 rifle receiver drilled and tapped for two screws ?

sorry, thought I had posted that.   CRS.    anyway, its a Henry Frontier H001T.   It has a dovetailed receiver, but utilizing that requires a taller front sight.  (and I am not sure there exists enough "metal" on the receiver in the first place)
