I was considering it for a long time but its just so dumb it looks like an AR pistol with a weird stock except its not a pistol like whats the point

There's a custom stock/fore end maker I use on Etsy, if you want the link let me know he's really good at what he does. he can make it sexy and legal.

Stock arrived today. It's much sturdier than I thought it would be.

I'll give it a try over the weekend and report back. :popcorn

Let see some pictures

See the first post for general picture.

I need to bring it back from PA this weekend first.

The only thing I don't like so far is that the developer is way too proud of his name.

I would have preferred it to be much smaller, but that's just me being way too picky.

It is a solid piece, and it doesn't feel cheap like my Thordsen.

Willing to try one.  What price range?  Where can I order them?

I actually thought of building something like that from wood but never did.

I put the stock on, and it felt real sturdy.

I didn't get to shoot it this weekend because I'm a puss, and it was 4 degrees when I got up.

The SAR-1 has a stock tang sticking out of the back. I didn't want to cut it off because I'll put the regular stock back on when I hog hunt down south.

I used part of the cheap paddle stock to block the opening. I'll trim it down latter.

Ugly as sin... yeah, can I shoot it in NY now... Yeah

I can't look any worse than this at the range...
