I'd like to propose that any member of the government, who votes to enact gun control, loses their Secret Service detail.

If you think guns are bad, you shouldn't have any around you.

I would further propose that any liberal who is anti gun checks a column on their property taxes that qualifies them for an unarmed police response to come to them when they call "911".

Now that would be unfair to the good LE officers out there so they would get their liberal volunteer police force with rape whistles and wasp spray.

Many anti-gunners are liberals who have never been a victim of violence. They think that if attacked, all they need to do is call the police, therefore only the police need guns. We know the police more often just take a report after the fact - but they don't think that way. The vast majority will never have to worry about defending themselves or know anyone who has had to. Sadly, many only get it AFTER they are a victim.

Gun Control is being able to hit what you aim at.
Crime Control is being prepared to use your Gun Control.

they should "tighten the rules""...what does that mean?
If they are not "tightening the rules" then govt is FAILING!!

Do you mean we need MORE restrictions on our 2 amendment rights? If so, you came to the wrong forum
