Thought the one Republican one was good but the three day thing was not a reachable goal and would allow Antis to subvert it to take month

I adored the complaint from the antis that "three days aren't enough." Seriously? Aren't you saying that the Government does a thorough job vetting people before they put them on the list? Keeping them on the list? Shouldn't this all be well documented ere someone tries to buy a gun?

It's almost like our side was right about the "list" all along.

The antis don't want a clear path it always must be vague and up to interpretation that no good

It's garbage. So denying a right first and then due process to get it back?

No. It's the other way around. Due process to strip a right.

That bill would have add fund to the NICS system to help it preform the way it should and if you get denied now {no list} it can take up to 3month to get clear in some cases longer. The three day thing would have improve your What you have now by a speedy process of due process But three days is to fast for it to work. let face it we as gun owner should want gun to be in the hands of only law abiding citizens and mentally sound citizens and until some one come up with a better way we are stuck with NICS so let make it work.

Just goes to show it's not about the NO FLY List ,it's all about registration/confiscation.....

Yeah they did show their hand yesterday. just glad we didn't wind up what a national Safe act.

They ALL (R and D) earned their 30-second ad for the next election: "I tried, but the other side said no."

Shakes head.

No compromise on my rights. No more.

Due process first. Govt can't be trusted to do the right thing. Ever.

If you haven't figured that hot by now.... Look at how many terrorists who killed people who were cleared by the FBI.

If the libs gave half a flying f*** about national security, they'd stop barack hussein in his tracks from importing 50,000 Syrians on taxpayers dimes that they have ZERO way of background checking. But of course, they won't. So they can collectively go straight to hell, and take their "common sense" gun control nonsense with them. We're gonna need all the guns we got. If they had a shred of "common sense" they'd wake the hell up in regards to who the hell they're rolling out the red carpet for. But of course, they won't...
