I've been looking at compact single stack 9's lately.
I've have done some research, and have fondled a few.
Narrowed down to the ones listed above.
Was wondering which ones you folks have, and your opinions on them.
I have deliberately left off the higher priced ones (e.g. Kimber solo and
Sig P238)as I'm not in the market for those.
I've also omitted "mouse guns" and revolvers.
Two of the ones listed below have risen to the top of my "wish list", but just
curious as to your preferences. If there are any I've overlooked, Id be happy
to hear about those, too.

Go with the Shield. I have it in .40 and love it. You won't be disappointed.

I've shot ~9 of these.

So far the Kahr PM9 (not specifically on list) is one of my favorites. The considerably larger Glock 43 is interesting also. Sig is too thick. I'd like to try the Walther's also.

Edit: Really liked the Shield also.

I bought a Keltec PF9 yrs ago.For what it is it works fine.Is very small and cheap.
Someday I may go Glock or Shield but for now it's fits it role just fine.

Mmm... all good choices but I think my next compact 9 will have to be an R9(s). How did this not make the list- by virtue of not being in current production? .

I would also include the JA-9 just for goofs.

Torn between three myself. Beretta nano, Kahr PM9 as stated above or the Ruger LC9. Really leaning to the Ruger just because it will spit out any ammo and not burp, I like that.

I have the shield and shot a CM9. Both are good guns. Shield is a little bigger and handles recoil better. CM9 has a smooth long trigger pull and it was remarkably smaller. I would even consider it a pocket carry gun or an ankle carry piece. Shield, not so much but it sits very well in appendix position.

No love for the XDS? Just me? I think the XDS has a much more balanced feel to it than the Glock 43, which also feels more toyish in my opinion.

Have considered the CZ 2075 RAMI, they are very close in size, it's has 10 round mag., is SA/DA , manual safety, hammer block safety, a very good positive for concealed carry.
