Because of their availablity, Orlite mags have been a popular alternative for AR style rifles.
What is the availability of rebuild kits for these mags? Where do you get them?
For those of you that use/own them what would you consider their weakness/failure point? Is it feed lips or springs or dirt buildup?

For starters why not pull the spring and follower and compare to USGI. The parts may or may not interchange but there is only one way to find out. |

these mags are know for splitting at their mold seams, that would be the predominant cause of failure i have heard of. |

Sounds like if you have one that fits - use it. But the question remains - are rebuild kits available? Does the Israeli Army still use them?  |

also even at low prices, I wouldn't pay more than 5-6 a pop. 7 and above is NOT a good price. |
