I just had a chance to speak, with John DeLuca. He advises that NYC is no longer hassling people, about wanting or having more than one handgun, in the same caliber. He tells me that stopped, a few years ago, after the city converted almost everyone's license to a Premises License, with Target/Hunting endorsements.
That's good news and it's one of the times I enjoy being wrong.
Gary

Thanks for checking that out. yeah... With the faster turnaround time on Licences(2 months) I they they are also not hassling with purchase request. Kinda shocked/not shocked that they denied same caliber guns on your license.

that's quite the list of ranges. Didn't know about those smaller clubs.  Ironic that a city that hates guns has a bunch of ranges scattered about the city.

When I lived in the City that many years ago, I belonged to theParkchester range. It is an old Railroad ticket building on a Z curve in the street right next to the MTA tracks. Nice range and nice neighborhood baack then. Private clubs only. Could never go down to the basement in the building bceause it was always flooded with about 4 feet of water.
I'm shocked that it is still there.
One other range Gary forgot to mention------Olinville Arms on White Plains Road in the Bronx also. I think they are still there
