Is there any standards or rules reguarding people that dont have to follow AWB rulings? I mean If I was shooting a Rifle match with a 30rd  mag and the another guy who had a 50rd drum (of course I cannot own one).

There are over 550 million firearms in worldwide circulation. That's one firearm for every twelve people on the planet. The only question is: How do we arm the other 11?

You can buy a 100 round pre-ban Beta-C mag for an AR if you like, or a pre-ban drum for an AK, so your question/argument doesn't really hold up in that respect.

You have to follow the rules of the match. There's tons of variables. The type of match you're shooting, the division you're shooting in, where you're shooting. Some rifle matches for example you couldn't use a drum no matter what. Some you can. Some you could in Open class. It all depends on the match.

If you're asking are the match magazine-police going to come up and tell you "You can't use that because Steve and Bill don't own one and it's not fair"...  no. Are they going to say "You can't use it because we can't be sure it's pre-ban", no.  They will say the match is limited to 30 rounders, or bigger than 30 rounds is for Open only etc.

Unless it's on a pre-ban gun...   otherwise it's back to Cas's statement, 'depends onthe match rules'  CMP Service Rifle for instance is A2 stock only, no Collapsibles.
