The NH cost $100 and the CT was $54 total. But for the CT you had to send two check. One for $19 and the other for $35 |

I think NH used to be $20 but they raised it recently to the $100 |

The CT should take around 4 weeks and the NH should take around 2 weeks. However with the holidays and new years rolling around next week and the week after i would add an additional 2 weeks just to be on the safe side. |
