I got this one too. They actually apologized to me for it taking so long. NY is like F**K You for wanting a permit, we will take our sweet time.

Maybe we need to propose to our local assemblyman or woman, hey....if you want to make some more money for the state....drop the may issue and turn NYS into a shall issue state and start raking in the $$$
