Just simply state your name, years in the hobby/sport, your weapons, and why you love airsoft.
If you can, post pictures of yourself, and your gun proudly!

I'll kickstart the bandwagen here,

My name's Charles, but a lot of players just call me Charlie.
I've been playing airsoft for about 2 years now.
Right now, I have a KWA M4 CQB that has Magpul MOE Foliage Green Stock, Pistol Grip, and Handguard, with a G&P Aimpoint on a Wilcox mount. Also, an A&K M16a4, that is simple, yet beautiful, with RIS rails, and a vertical foregrip.
I love airsoft because of the amount of adrenalin rush I get when I'm suddenly getting pinned down, put return fire down, escalating into a nice big firefight, and flanking the enemy, just to hear the beautiful 3 letter word yelled by your opponent, HIT!

Well I guess I'll chime in;

As you my have already guessed, my name is Dan, lol. I've been into airsoft for about 6 years, been playing heavily for the last year.

My first airsoft gun was a SunProject M40A1 replica, I bought it in 2003. I've been working on it but I'm having a terrible problem with making the hopup work right, so I haven't really used it much.

My second gun was a KSC Glock 19, which I upgraded a little and is still my usual sidearm (fits perfectly in a SERPA holster too)

My third gun, and first AEG, was a TM M733 (the extra-short barreled version of the CAR-15 seen in Black Hawk Down), which I bought in 2004. It has been upgraded a lot since then, it's shoots very smoothly and is very accurate for an airsoft gun.

I also have a UTG MP5, which despite being a China made piece of plastic on the outside, shoots pretty nicely with some simple upgrades, it's perfect for CQB. I have a Classic Army M-14 Scout that is upgraded to about 415fps with a precision barrel and new hopup, it's very accurate also. I have a Cyma CM.035 (AK74SU) that I upgraded to about 380, it's pretty accurate, and one of my favorite guns to use. I have a Cyma CM.028 I got on Ebay for $16 and repaired and upgraded a tiny bit, it's a great CQB and loaner gun. I got a JG AK Beta Spetz (like an AK47 trying to be an aksu, doesn't exist in real life), my friend gave me a 'loudener' (looks like a Noveske flash hider, but has these metal cones in it that help to amplify the thwack and pop from the muzzle), so it's very loud and noisy, I like to use it for fun or to lend to someone (especially if they're on the other team, so I can hear where they are, hehehe). I have an assortment of cheap springers and LPEGs, but they're not worth mentioning.

As far as why I love airsoft, I get to play military dress up, or just go have fun in a manhunt type game. It's an interesting mix of military attire and tactics, technology, teamwork, and just fun gameplay. Nothing is more satisfying than struggling with an adversary, trying to make a move, attacking and counterattacking. Then finding a weakness to exploit, coordinating your team in taking advantage of the moment, and performing a sudden maneuver that defeats the opponent, or, catches you in surprise as they anticipated and prepared for the attack, sending you back to respawn or crying for a 'medic'. It's just fun to play a friendly game of war, pretending it's a real life struggle, while knowing that everyone goes home alive and smiling.

Kevin, I've been playing for 2 years. I have a team that I started. I'm team captain and brought most of the equipment

I own a heavily upgraded ICS M4A1. Upgraded with the M120 new upper gearbox, a crane stock with 4500mah batt. and an NcStar 1.25x -4x scope, Madbull grenade launcher and a custom paintjob
A Classic Army M249 stock
A JG AUG stock
2 Echo1 M4A1's. . . . . (the original series too, before the trades)

A KWA upgraded glock 19, with guarder grips, enhanced recoil spring, madbull tightbore, a shooters design rocket valve, and shooters design metal slide with trades
A KWA glock 18 that I am going to upgrade next
2 WE Tech Dragons, although one got messed up that it now shoots fully auto

I love airsoft because of all the reasons that were described above, the teamwork, the tactics, the equipment, the adrenaline rush of being in a firefight, working on the guns, I love to upgrade mines, its just hella expensive to do so, for an entire team.

I've got a couple for off-season/indoor training.....  A Hi-Capa 5.1 (STI clone)  and a Caspian 1911.  great for working on draws and double-taps.
